STAG VETS- “Seeds of Prosperity-Farming as a Business” is a three city workshop program sponsored by a grant from the USDA-Farm Services Agency (FSA). There will be 3 workshops in 3 cities (Albany, Ft Valley and Columbus).

The project will use Fort Valley State University’s “Mobile Information Technology Center” (MITC) to teach agricultural business practices to registered participants. The MITC is a 48-foot mobile classroom equipped with a 50-inch flat screen video display, wireless internet,DVD player, laser printer, and 20 computer stations. The MITC provides many services, including, basic computer training, and software application training. All class are limited to 20 participants to sign up today!
